• I'm having trouble adding my coach's email.  What do I do?
  • Make sure your coach's email is correct
  • Ensure there are no blank spaces before or after the coach's email
  • Once you have typed in your coach's first and last name, be sure to click "add"
  • More than one coach can be added

• Music MP3 File Problem?
  • If you do not have a MP3 file from your coach, please make a request to your coach
  • please do not transfer music from your CD to a MP3 files.  The quality will not be sufficient.

• How do I change my Planned Program?
  • Once the Planned Program changes cannot be made online.  
  • A revised copy can be emailed to the Section Office one (1) week prior to the event.

• Can my music be added later?
  • No, music must be uploaded at the time of submission.
